My shoulders are small I’m doing ufpwrlifters bench routine you can find a spreadsheet on the internet I do the bench sets and reps I replace the tricep push down with dips and I do the pull ups and I added rows and chin ups too all the accessories are 3 x 12 - 15 and I try to do 3 sets of hammer curls amrap and a 5 x 10 on cable laterals

im still very small I need a lot more mass and my arms and shoulders are quite small I’m fixing this with hammer curls and cable side laterals after I bulk and finish a recomp I think I should be fully where I want to be

Yeah Okan ascended massively with body. But he is still above a 6 or 7 in terms of face. Even if he doesn't have ideal eye area or even jaw he somehow has decent harmony.
