Almost got into a fight at the morning of my surgery

Back in August I did a buccal fat removal. On the day of the surgery, I drove 2 hours to the capital city to get it done, and right when I was about to enter the city, some dude threw a middle finger at me from his car, then started pointing to right (signaling me to pull over). I think he did that because I was driving too slow on the fast lane. He even fucking got in front of me and started slowing down his car to block me, but he stopped doing that.

Now it was the day of the surgery, and I did not fucking want to throw hands with someone and possibly end up injured and or showing up too late. Would've lost the 2k aswell. So I just ignored him and he eventually just left the highway. I felt pretty low-T about it later and still do, I was scared too a little bit ngl, but had it been another day, I most likely would've pulled over after he started blocking my car.

Shit like this has never happened to me lol, only at that one time at the day of my surgery.

I truly am kind of a pussy when it comes to fighting, and I hate it. Idk how or why though, I threw hands all the time when I was younger with 0 fear. I'm not even scared of like getting hit and feeling pain, I'm just scared of humiliation tbh. I'd absolutely throw hands if necessary though, I'd just be scared while doing so lol.
