I spent like a month and a half in Oran and seeing a HTB was shocking to me. I got an IOI from a HTB who smiled at me, and seeing a HTB there is like seeing a gigastacy in the west. From what I hear girls in Tlemcen are hotter though. Thoughts? @alriodai

I'll check it out next time I'm in Algeria. Problem I was never taught Arabic as a child (they taught it to my brother and he got pissed off when he realized average kids don't speak it in the west JFL) so I can barely communicate with girls. I should learn though.
