A deep question: I want to surgerymax but it feels so wrong altering the face my parents gave me, especially because i’m happy with my genitcs, it just feels so wrong altering my parents genetics. Can anyone relate, and what do you guys think about this?

I sorta get where you're coming from, but at the same time, you're not swapping skulls.
Your base will always be there and you'll always have the same skull your parents gave you, kinda like upgrading the interior of your car, it will remain the same car but will just mog from the inside.

Basically what this guy said. This would be a valid concern if you were swapping skulls with somebody else, but surgery will just be an enhanced version of you so it will be ok.
