Alternative to red meat?

Red meat is expensive for me, but im abundant in chicken(non fast-food) and coconut rice, is this enough or well for a diet?

I can afford to get raw milk though

I personally eat carnivore but I’m a little less dogmatic about it than some I think. I don’t think it’s strictly bad.Assuming your primary goal is growth and looking better, I’m sure it’s a fine option. At worst it may contribute to a little water retention, increased insulin which isn’t strictly a bad thing

High levels of arsenic. Just eat beans/lentils instead.
dont got that only coconut rice which is better than normal rice

White rice isn’t high in it, and it’s usually not an issue at those levels. Especially given sufficient selenium which can mitigate its harms

Theres nothing in red colored meat that makes it special
