I’m always angry and irritated at the smallest possible things which people don’t see or know at all. I hate the fact I get frustrated easily it makes me feel like a retard. Always high cortisol ffs, I try to keep my temper down nowadays and try calm my self but sometimes I lose interest in doing so.
