No. You would need to luck out on a surgeon who actually knows a lot on facial aesthetics and won’t just try to make a buck off you. Try learning a lot from the forum guides (I think most of them are stickied). Especially the ones about proportions. I could help you but in a long while because I have too many other people to help in my PMs
