If you wanna cheat you have to equalise it by burning that off

Let’s say u crave to eat something over your calorie limit for the day

All u have to do is the next day or same day do something that will burn that

Just 1 minute of walking burns on avarage 3.5 so you can walk enough minutes to burn the extra calories you took in

Exactly it doesn’t matter what u eat u can cheat as much as u want as long as u are prepared to burn off the extra calories the next day
