Your face looks fine either way, I think most of your surgeries will be to fill your own void and issues you have with your own looks - opposed to the “huge” potential improvements they could bring

I think they’ll help your psyche more than your SMV practicality

you’re already fine looking and it shows since you can get a gf, get rated decently etc. despite being below average height.

You are a PSL 5 but could so fucking easily ascend 1-2 points more, your quality of life would increase tenfold and in your case it's so easy it could be done within 3-6 months.
