Am I a beta cuck if a girl ask me to go with her to the ER

She was like "I don't feel well...maybe I should go to the ER"...and I had no idea what to say so I said "well, if you don't feel well you should get yourself checked by a doctor" and she replied "ok can you come with me to the ER?"
It's 11:15pm here so it would mean spending the entire night in the ER....

WTF, not that I can do much....we live in the city center of a capital city in Europe, the ER is just a 5-10 minute walking distance and taxis are everywhere and I don't have a car. I wonder why she wants me there....ok her girlfriends are still on vacation but still...
The funny thing is that I have to spend the night there to not appear a jerk and help her but I'm pretty sure I'll not fuck her.....she's very nice to me but I feel like a beta cuck
