i almost never fall asleep before 12 pm, when i do its from exthaustion. i‘ve tried a lot of things like no screen time 1hr before bed or diffrent foods before bed. i eat around the same time (7 to 8 pm) every day but somehow my brain just doesnt shut off on time. i also consulted my doctor about it and mf told me it was because of my „iron deficiency“. the iron pills he gave me also didnt work. the only effect i had was that my shit turned black. xanax sadly dont work over longer periods of time and i can never just stick to taking one. they also dont make waking up in the morning any easier which is my second issue. i often fall into a deep state of sleep and oversleep because im knocked tf out (heard this from other ppl who have seen me or tried to wake me up). its like im not fully concious, i reply to stuff but i never remember anything after really waking up. as a result of that i often have big eyebags and generally look and feel like shit in the morning. what should i do?
