Chin is not recessed enough to be an issue from 3/4 or frontal, eye area is low but shape and coloring do not make it a huge failo, or incredibly average. bonemass is low because of age and jaw and skull are average. 40-60% of bonemass develops throughout puberty. He is average, his nose and eyes i would argue are his biggest flaws.

Any type of recesseding chin is an issues,his eyes are like dolphins spacing,he has a low bonemass and finish it,stop trynna overrated kids to make them comformists:lul:

recessed chin not proven, but i couldnt see his IPD for some reason. You are right about the rating, at least at his age right now. he's probably mltn or hltn but certainly not lltn. his bonemass is certainly still growing, i suggest you do some more research.
