I’ve been told about my neck so I’ll do the neck training also sleep isn’t the issue it’s either gentle or the way my bones are since I sleep like 8-9 hours

It’s not cope lmao I just got long ass hair and neutral tilt eyes but if you consider neutral tilt negative sure I got negative never said you were fully wrong I also asked how I can fix my self not cope

I mean of course there’s something you could do, you could focus on nutrition and diet. May also hit the gym and get lean, realistically you could reach mtn or even higher. I mean it depends on you’re habits and actions

My before picture was when I was eating like shit and had bad habits but my now pics is me with good diet and the gym I dropped to around 12-13%bf but I’ve only been doing it for about 4-5 months

Don't feel to bad, there is not much that can be done about face in general, except surgery. But that is just a giga cope too, genetics will still remain the same even after it so not much point in getting surgery's either.
