I wanted a palate expander but my ortho gave me self ligating braces instead, they do expand the arch and give more room for the tongue but it’s not actual skeletal expansion. I might get bimax when i turn 18

I was also confused that they rated me ltn because i’ve seen other people who also got called ltn and i look objectively better. And yeah with puberty anything can happen we don’t know

I don’t think i need rhinoplasty i just need bimax, my nose might appear bigger because of my recessed maxilla and bimax can fix that
