Am i applying minoxidil correctly?

I have topical minoxidil. I open the bottle put a cotton swab over the opening so when i put a couple of drops over the cotton swab it falls back in the bottle. Once i soak the swab with minoxidil i just apply it on my eyebrows.

Just use your fingers

I just spray directly into my scalp and then for brows onto my finger then press it on.
