My hairline looks exactly like this. I went to a dermatologist for a dermatitis, but ended up also asking about my hairline. She said she could see some hair thinning (she used a magnifying glass to look at my hair). She gave me some free minoxidil spray. Although she also mentioned this is the very very beginning of balding stages, and its impossible to know how long it would take to see some noticeable recessed hairline. It might take a long time. She recommeded me to keep using minoxidil spray once a day on my hair so to be safe. But it will be expensive to keep this habit so I will just use it until the free spray bottle is empty.
