There is no noticeable difference between the pictures.

I have the exact same temples and hairline as you but I'm 5 years older.

I only shed around 10-15 hairs a day (I use a haircatcher to be sure). I however, have noticed thinner strands of hair, which can be a sign of androgenic miniaturization.

I take this as a sign of diffuse thinning MPB, which can actually be more insidious than the classic norwood MPB because you end up losing a lot of hair volume before it's noticeable, and at that point you can only hope to get some of it back rather than restore your hair to baseline.

I would recommend getting a haircatcher and seeing how much you are shedding every day.
