im 16 going to turn 17 n i noticed this complete bald spot as its itchy as shit today. i started oral minox 2.5mg n accutane 20mg js last week could this be hair shreddding from it? im also taking arimidex 0.5mg e3d n my diet has literally only consist of meat n milk no carbs could any of this affect my hair bc i dont want to bald

hair thinning, you damage your hair because of too much shampoo. Or maybe you are born with thin hair, balding isnt like this, oral minox should help

This can be caused by multiple things, I highly suggest just going to a dermatologist.

alopecia areata for sure, balding tends to start at temples, crown and overall top. Random patch of missing hair is not balding and is more likely some form of underlying condition. minox and fin wont help with alopecia areata at all. consult a medical professional for steps forward
