I've been doing pretty well this past week by reducing sodium and sugar. I've also been eating 1900 cals or less. I dont want to boat myself in the face.

I'm 5'5 and 138lbs.

Anyway I got 15 hot wings and some fries for my cheat meal today while I watch college football. Will this fuck my progress or am I worrying about nothing?

JFL i eat 1k kcal or less daily. U guys are copers.
 
Calculate your daily intake and multiply it by 7 days. Now Let's say your daily intake is 2500 calories, 2500 * 7 = 17500 calories every week

If you eat 1900 cals, 1900 * 7 = 13 300 soo you have over 4200 calories saved up. Just know that to lose 1 pound of fat that's around 7000 calories. I don't know how big the cheat meal was but you can calculate it yourself I guess
