I've been doing pretty well this past week by reducing sodium and sugar. I've also been eating 1900 cals or less. I dont want to boat myself in the face.
I'm 5'5 and 138lbs.
Anyway I got 15 hot wings and some fries for my cheat meal today while I watch college football. Will this fuck my progress or am I worrying about nothing?
