People keep telling me im not ugly but when I go out people look at me before treat me like I'm horrifically ugly

It's such a fucking mindfuck and it's driving me loopy, I post and I post and people insist I look "perfectly average" but then I go out for a walk or go to the gym and I get stared at with the utmost disgust, I literally frighten children with my face, women stare at me and whisper to their friends, other guys stare at me like I'm gunna kill them or something, people are just extremely cautious around me and I don't fucking know why

Either people are lying to me or gaslighting me or something but it just doesn't compute, it's so fucked up to hear that you're not ugly but then to go out and get these reactions from people

Your hair looks really untaken care off and thats a major sign of someone who doesnt care about their apperance, along side your lips and asymetrical eyes, you look okay, if you took more care of your hair youd ascend, hop on min and dut or rot to death literally.

Your eyes are bad dont get me wrong but its not over if you hop on dut and min soon, before you lose all your hair, because the thing that most sticked out atleast in the last picture, was your hair.

I have blepharitis on top of my ptosis, my ptosis fluctuates I think but this blepharitis has no cure, it can only be managed
