Am I capped lower than others forever/coloring

I am strawberry blonde/ginger, does this automatically make me have a lower ceiling to my peak look just because of contrast, coloring, whatnot. I feel like I could look so much better with darker hair, but at least I have blue eyes I guess, what is best coloring for ginger/strawberry blonde, blue eyes, in regards to skin tone, brows, and I already dye lashes black

Hair doesn't need to be changed instantly, blonde always looks beautiful just richen/deepen your skin colouring to accentuate it more + your facial features like your mentioned eye colour

Well depends on your pheno ig but usually a tanned surfer-esque vibe looks good on blondes
