Philtrum is a little long maybe consider a Botox lip flip(only around 100 usd) lasts a couple months. Also try and keep hair off forehead if possible with hairstyle. But please get off this site. sorry but rhino and lip lift will save you not much can do with softmaxxes to fix those..

I actually use all of those, caffeine, hyaluronic acid, and concealer. My hypothesis is that it’s just genetic and is because of my orbitals. Thanks for the tips, officially off of this site for good
