People keep telling me to go surgery routes. I will look into those only if they are a last resort. What can I improve about myself currently?

Haircut and shave facial hair clean. Don’t try to force a beard if you just can’t grow one yet or you get the low test soy beard, so it’s better to be clean shaven. By haircut I mean same style just a bit shorter because it looks messy. Don’t expect this to ascend you though; you’ll just be better presented. Also try getting better and more consistent sleep to reduce your eye bags
