I can appreciate the candid photos here, as opposed to some who obfuscate the fuck out of their photos and make it impossible to give feedback.
Read some threads in BOTB for your eyes. There's some stuff you can do inconsiderate of surgery.
Not much you can do about the dorsal hump other than a Rhino, could be covered under insurance if you have a deviated septum and need a septoplasty though.

Overall, you're not bad looking. Anybody above that says otherwise is just punching down.
