You can do softmaxes like training your neck, separating your eyebrows more, curling your eyelashes , fixing hair frizziness, widening your mouth, making your hair flare more to the sides and fixing your eyebrow shape

I only changed mouth width and eye area (bigger ipd, pfl, canthal tilt and medial canthus) the last 3 are achievable though surgery and you can even fraud medial canthus lenght with water line pencil
