am I fucking my circadian rhythm by sleeping 2-10 rather than 10-6

it doesnt make a difference if your in a fully dark room, you can sleep from 5 pm to 2 am or 1 am to 8 am it makes no difference. all it does is just set that as your specific schedule. so i dont think its optimial because you wake up too late

am I minning any hormonal production/hgh Ive read all the stuff but still tryna cope

cant sleep at a good time cuz of studycelling 2-10 is the best I can do to atleast dial in 8 hours of sleep
