No you’re not a good candidate at all. You don’t have much fat on your face. Your skin just says a little because you don’t have much cheekbone support. If you get buccal fat removal, it’ll just exacerbate the issue.

boy, you have to go to the gym, take some whey powder for that protein surplus(I am the same, skinny as shit and fast metabolism) but If I take whey powder and eat calories I can maintain decent kilos. You need to change your diet asap.

What can I do about it?

I’m not the best person to give advice on this but I would guess zygo implants. Maybe paranasal implants too. I’m not sure if it’ll be able to tighten existing skin sag or just prevent future sag though without some kind of facelift in addition.

My cheeks are huge and my dad's were as well when he was young, but he still has chubby cheeks in his 50's so it never goes away
