and is it true that Gymmaxing helps grow bones more dense?, because it increases testosterone levels which is responsible for bone density , if so then how can I diet in a way that I don't have a bulky fat face while still improving body-wise and thicker bones , like not a bulk or a cut something in between, leaning more towards cut appeal, thanks for your time

high MTN to me. I would give you advice, but I honestly have zero idea what to tell you in terms of improvement that doesn't involve surgery. Your features in isolation are mostly fine, it's your proportions that are throwing me off, and I won't be giving advice on something I don't know much about, hope someone can help you and give you a concrete diagnosis.

But I can answer your questions.
1. Will the gym grow denser bones? Very technically, increased GH and testosterone response from weightlifting but it won't be enough to illicit significant changes in your bone structure, not ones that would really ascend you.

2. Losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time is possible, but it's a hard process that requires a lot of planning. But it boils down to being in a small deficit (less than 250-300 calories, going any lower than this will make it incrementally more difficult to gain muscle), making sure you're meeting your full micronutrient RDA FOR EVERY SINGLE ONE, and eating high protein, anything over 25% of your caloric intake. You can research the topic on your own, this "style" of eating is basically body recomposition, which is very technically a cut.

Ugh honestly, I wish I could tell you but I'm really blank here, or maybe it is that I'm actually lazy to have to look at your detail by detail and give you proper advice.

Regardless, I'm not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to surgery, I would recommend you create a separate thread and for people's opinion, maybe someone who actually knows this stuff can give better help than I can.

sometimes these ethnics stare at themselves in a mirror all day and think they’re gods gift to the world when the only reactions they get from women irl are looks of fear/disgust.
