Im trying to debloat/cut bodyfat.

Currently i ONLY eat meat fruits and veggies, but mostly meat.

The problem is sometimes all there is to eat is carbs, so I end up eating like 1 meal a day, like a steak the size of my hand and thats it for the WHOLE day. Im worried im doing it wrong.

I train intensely.

Is this effective?

if u wanna cut bodyfat faster, get more protein in and do some cardio, count ur calories, carbs dont make u fat, calories do, goodluck brother

Just eat red meat/eggs and a shit ton of it whenever you’re hungry. Fruit dairy honey should be minimal

Alright so if you wanna debloat fast u lowkey gotta do 0 carbs and only meat, eggs, vetegables for like 4 days with a lot sweating and cardio with a gallon of water, after 4 days you should be super debloated, after that try and maintain having 75 carbs or less to stay debloated and you’ll be fine.

Thats not sustainable. You'll most likely end up binge eating.

I Used to lose weight eating 2300 calories a day. No need to starve. You should just eat the food you crave every couple days and you will still lose weight. Weight loss is more dependent on your weekly calories as opposed to your daily. So if you go over one say you can still lose weight overall. If you cut right, you can do it without being hungry at all barley (maybe sometimes) but it shouldnt be torturous.
