Ok so i ate like 2.5k
Im 6'0 15 years old
8 miles max incline treadmill today
Ik I ate to much but am I good ????????

Why wouldn't you be good? You just ate and walked/ran I don't see any issue here.

Walked lol my hips and stuff are already painful running isnt good on your joints and shit

Continue what you're doing and check your weight weekly. If you really wanna have a history just have a document where you log your calorie intake, exercises and weight. Don't do daily weigh ins, there are fluctuations from day to day, water retention, etc. Just do them weekly in the same circumstances/context (in the morning after taking a shit for instance)

I do 6 weigh ins a day
