Everyday I eat
Breakfast: 4 eggs and clear whey protein (80cals 20g with water)
lunch: red meat drizzled with raw unfiltered honey
snacks: greek yogurt, pomegranate squeezed juice, kiwi, blueberries (i don’t eat all in a single day)
Dinner: 2-4 eggs and a little air fried potatoes and clear whey protein drink
This is a deficit at my stats (6’0, 16 9 months, 177)
Im pretty sure its 1800-2400 cals (i dont track) and 140-ish g of protein. I’m trying to cut to 166 am i fucking up my hormones or anything? I supplement other vitamins and minerals and shit (d3, k2 zinc, boron etc) if youre wondering.
Is this bad for my test or anything else?
