we need to understand what the facial differences between an LTN and an MTN is first
An LTN has a long face, crooked nose, recessed profile, 0 zygos and twink skull
an MTN is also recessed but he has some features to back him up against an LTN, like wide zygos or a good midface region.
Dietary practises and shit genetics ensures about 60% of people are LTNs. Not trucels. Not horrifyingly ugly but just unappealing in general.
Andrew tate is an LTN
this Guy is an MTN due to better features
someone like Lorezo zurzola (whatever his name is) is actually an HTN due to nice pfl, ideal ipd (which the op lacks) and a good nose

Zurzolo is higher then htn
