I was reading around and saw people taking way more than me and have no clue where they are finding this potent ass sht. Besides that I take 100mcg k2 mk4 and 100mcg D3.

Just go on Amazon and search 10k IU Vitamin D3. Very cheap.
As for MK4 K2, I would suggest taking AOR 15Mg MK4. Quite expensive, however. There have been links posted here which theoretically give you a better cost relative to dosage. 15mg+ (could be as high as 45mg) I believe was the gold standard for bone density ( according to the scientific studies out of Japan)
