Title. It sucks seeing them at the gym because their gymmaxxing efforts are most likely going to go to waste. You can even see it in their face. A lot of them are moaping around the gym and deep down prob know that gymmaxxing wont do shit. Hell even when I see average white LTNs that are avg height, I see the same look of despair. That’s why I laugh at the JBW shit. Most whites have zero sex appeal.

Like last night when I was hitting chest, I saw 2 5’4 shitskin goblinos taking turns doing lat pull downs. Shit almost made me wanna cry.

Gym is cope. Being lean and good looking is law and you don't need gym for that. No gym for your bones, ratios, and maxilla either.
