No youre horribly undertraining. Abs and forearms for a whole day?

PPL or UL is significantly better than whatever youre doing.

I think the best way to do it is hit your major muscle groups (chest, legs, back, tris shoulders etc.) either twice a week or every 4th day to get the proper recovery time. Sprinting, Abs and forearms because they heal quicker can be done a little more often though but 2 times a week would be good still. Many people will have a chest and arms day twice a week and a back and legs day twice a week on separate days.

I would do this to hit everything 2 times a week and it gives you many more off days.

Mon, Thu - Chest, shoulders, arms, neck
Tue, Fri - Legs, back, Abs, sprints

You can sprint a 3rd day if you want.
