Am I overthinking?

I had my first class today and it was Psychology. The professor said to exchange phone numbers or info with the people next to you. So the people sitting horizontally exchanged numbers and conversed. There was a girl next to me(had eye contact) and she just turned around and talk to the person behind her and I just felt so awkward because I had nobody to talk to. All my insecurities hit me at once and I just felt like a weak jaw, big-nosed, protruded lip, long mid-face, bug-eyed, sad subhuman. But I also think I may be overthinking all of this, what do you guys think?

She may have been shy and already knew the person behind her. Or she expected you to take the initiative and start talking to her. But if you looked like chico shed have spoken to you instantly. So it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re a subhuman
