16, 5'10 168lbs, trying to body recomp and eating around 1950cals a day while training my ass off 4-5x a week with cardio for an hour 4-5x a week, very slow strength progress but I still look like I'm 20-25% bf and I can't tell if I'm losing weight. Do I drop lower in cals?
