Am i really losing fat?

16, 5'10 168lbs, trying to body recomp and eating around 1950cals a day while training my ass off 4-5x a week with cardio for an hour 4-5x a week, very slow strength progress but I still look like I'm 20-25% bf and I can't tell if I'm losing weight. Do I drop lower in cals?

Just lift bro
Try to completely cut carbs and only eat protein for a couple days if you need to cut fast
 
Stop being a cunt and eat eggs and beef for 1 month while doing 1 hour cardio everyday so damn easy
