yeah i am now lifting while eating like 2300-2400kcals to lose fat and gain some newbiegainsbetween 15-17% i'd say, but no muscle
that's why this guy is also 15% but looks drastically different

since if you are 10% bodyfat and no muscle it just looks anorexic and frameless
16-18. It's harder to gauge on people that doesn't have any extra muscle mass since you need to go down to 10% to looked jacked if you don't gymcel.
