Idk what to fucking tell you you have some weird flat baby face, thin weird lips and weak eye area. It's genuinely over for you.
Maybe your cheeks are bloated so you could try working on debloating and see if that helps. Also shave your facial hair, grow out your hair because longer hair is LAW for subhumans and distracts from your other failos and dye your eyebrows darker and that could make you look slightly better.

I'm gonna be honest with you, that's the first thing you should solve before anyone can tell you if you're recessed or not. The asymmetry in your face does appear to be fat, unlucky genetics, get lean, 12-15% body fat at least, then I'd come back for a more accurate assesment. If getting lean doesn't solve the jaw asymmetry I'd consider looking into talking to a cosmetic surgery and considering liposuction or some kind of correct surgery
