Dont look it that way, it's more of a dentist/orthodontics type of deal

Millions of people do it every year and it's mainly considered a functional surgery due to the bettering of airways and such

Surgeons in the west see the aesthetics part as secondary that's why I told you to make sure they don't refrain

But yes, this is the only realistic way to obtain the outcome you desire

exactly. i dont even get mewing, perhaps it grants results but how for people with recession and narrow palate? if we cant fit our tongues in our mouth correctly then when we sleep we will mouth breathe and the mewing will be for naught... surgery is the only way.
