it is possible you just have a dental malocclusion, go to an orthodontist , see if you have an overbite - that may be the issue

it isn't normal - but your sutures aren't ossified yet so mewing would help

I'm around ur age and like everybody in my class has a "recessed" chin including me but mine is actually giga recessed ,you look fine
