when you grow the entire face goes down too (my face was similar to the second kid when I was a child, now it's close to the first), so the first kid is going to look recessed (not set back mid but narrow and long face)

but yeah, his eye area, philtrum and overall head shape is better (due to it's upwards/outwards "look" where his head start narrow (chin-mandible) and gets wider as you go further up the head (mid) with the hair and cranium (skull base-cranial vault) being the widest part) however, this image is debunked and he isn't going to age well
