Yea I’m lowkey debating on wether I do a bulk and cut and be like 10 pounds heavier but a lower BF% than I am now and shredded but I don’t want to be fat for like a year so idk

why the fuck would you bulk ? cut few more kgs and see if it improve ur face even more,if no,get back to your current weight

Because i want to be fucking shredded I mean I already have a pretty good physique for my age so lowkey like maybe I just drop like 5-10 pounds and lean max even more.

nah it was natural, I work outside all day for my job so I’m always out in the sun. Also that picture was taken about a month ago when the UVs were pretty high and I would tan shirtless every day.

Ive heard mt2 has great results though
