I checked on a maintenance calorie calculator and according to my activity levels I should be eating 2.6k to maintain my weight (20-30 min cardio daily, 20 min calisthenics routine, lots of walking in general)
I tried my best to calculate how many calories I eat in a day and it’s like 2.1k-2.2k on top of burning at least 200-300 calories a day which would be considerable weight loss. I’m trying to lose bf% but would this also take a hit on muscle growth or could I be able to recomp?
Having a David Goggins tier physique is fine tbh but I don’t wanna end up being a twig, hopefully I’m eating more than I think I am
