I think u can come a long way with just genio and infraorbital implants. Ur base are solid.

your mandible length is good. however you lack projected Chin. it is clear as water.

some people lack both, or mandible only. you lack chin projection.

i really wanna fix my undereyes first, gives me dead/depressed look

im just not sure if i can cope with fat graft or i need full infra implant but ppl telling im not THAT recessed so ill probably go with fat graft

Your head tilt is hiding your recession, you'd need counter clockwise rotation (CCW) of the jaws and bring your lower jaw forward more. Your big lips kind of hide your maxillary recession. Overall you could choose to just do other things like under eye implants etc, because you can get away with that aesthetically thanks to your lip protrusion. Personally I would at least explore the possibility of jaw surgery to see if a surgeons plan produces a nicer result.

You are not severely recessed, boyo, and implant is better than fat transfer, because fat transfer is unpredictable.

is ccw needed or bsso would be enough ? but yeah im defo gonna look into my under eyes before my jaw
