60mg beta carotene
50mg Zinc gluconate
2mg copper
600mg hyaluronic acid

do you think if i only took 60mg beta carotene ad 40mg lycopene that it would still be too much?

beta carotene is vitamin a yes, and i would find it kind of strange if someone told me they ate 13 tomatoes everyday to get enough lycopene

I’m honestly not sure, I haven’t personally taken either
You should check on Reddit/PubMed

I’d say to limit yourself to only take 1/2 daily

Having them from natural sources is better anyways. For beta carotene you can get a lot from eating many carrots daily (maybe blend into a smoothie?)
