Just lift a couple times a week to keep the habit of working out going.

Besides that, you want and need to keep your bodyfat levels low and your muscle mass intact, so rotting at home is a no.

I sit in the office all day, that’s why I think I have a belly.

I still have some muscles, but i’m eating so little and I still can’t loose fat.

I need to do more steps but I have no time at all bro

Do intermittent fasting to lose weight and use caffeine and nicotine both strategically.

You probably dont eat below maintenance calories consistently. Give it time and track your calories.

10k+ steps is enough and easily doable. Even at the office you can walk around a bit and go for walks during your break.
