I already have above average bones on everything except jaw area and im currently at 25%body fat will it make drastic change if i go to 16-17%

Obviously it will, you're fat as fuck rn.

But it won't look as good as you think it will. Many people still look boneless and bloated at 12-13% and they have to drop to 8-10% to absolutely look like gigachads
