Does anyone else feel like Gym mirrors automatically make your shoulder to waist ratio better even if you aren’t pumped? Or am I schizo

Yeah. It’s not actually the mirrors themselves. It’s the fact that you’re not used to seeing yourself from that distance. The farther I am from the mirror the bigger I look (yes Ik it sounds stupid)

i noticed that aswell.

i look way more insane in gym mirrors than in camera or other mirrors.
