While the guy is still a teenager, he's got enough time to learn from his father and just look good while delivering a speech.
Luka isn't gonna die tomorrow of course, but when he does eventually kick the bucket, it'll probably be his son to inherit the throne. Same way Kim Jong Un inherited it from his dad

The nuclear weapons in Belarus are still owned by Russia, they are just stationed in Belarus. And Russia would not annex Belarus militarily. It would be a politically formed union, stemming from the Union State they already have.
